Data retention

Booking data is retained for a maximum of 5 years from the check-out date, in compliance with Italian tax and accounting obligations.

Data relating to unconfirmed or cancelled requests is deleted within 12 months of the request date.

Your data is never sold, transferred to third parties, or transferred outside the European Union.
